I called Westchester Stairlift for a straight stairlift, they came over right away and did a superb job. They were very easy to communicate with. I highly recommend them!

I searched the Bruno website for a local provider and Westchester Stairlift was the first listing in the tri state area under Diamond Dealer. I purchased a new Bruno Elite stairlift for my mother under precarious circumstances. Timing was urgent. My situation was elevated and managed by Jonathan Friedrichs. Westchester accommodated an absolute emergency – same day I called amid the pandemic, backorders, and shortages. Best product. Best Installation Team. Built trust and confidence with my family. Followed up with my mother. No repricing. No haggling. Professional, competent, and patient. We were surprised and remain grateful.

It’s been about a year and a half since Mom and I purchased a Bruno Stairlift from you guys at Westchester Stairlift. I’m 57 years old and I’ve purchased a lot of things in my life, but I don’t think I have ever been as satisfied with a purchase as I have with this stairlift. It really is a rock! Very reliable. But of course, you know that already. I just wanted to thank you again for helping Mom and me with a very important decision. Simply put … I could not be happier. Please let me know if you ever need a recommendation. Anyway, a while back, you had sent me a .75 oz. tube of Lubriplate. I never applied it, but plan to do so this week. I plan to first wipe and clean the “gear rail” off with a t-shirt and then apply the lube by smearing with a rubber glove. Does that sound ok? Also, I don’t want to over apply. Should I use the entire tube? Please let me know if you have any other suggestions for routine maintenance. I know the batteries will probably need some attention in the near future. Before you forget who we are, I’m Desi Scheck and your guys installed a stairchair for my mother-in-law last month in flushing queens. I wanted you to know the guy who came to do the installation was simply one of the nicest and most informative servicemen I’ve encountered. He spoke slowly and clearly, explained every detail and answered every question that my husband and his parents had. THIS LIFT IS EASY TO USE, SMOOTH RIDE, AND A GREAT TRANSPORT DEVICE !!!!!!!! MY WIFE USED IT TO TRANSPORT ALL OUR MOVING BOXES TO THE UPSTAIRS ROOMS, AND OUR PLUMBER ALSO USED IT TO TRANSPORT OUR NEW TOILET TO THE UPSTAIRS BATH ROOM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Having a Westchester Stairlift in my home has been wonderful. It has greatly enhanced my quality of life. The product is excellent and has never failed me. The Westchester Stairlift representatives are always courteous, professional and knowledgeable. If I call with a question, I always get a call back the same day! I highly recommend the Westchester Stairlift. I give them 5 stars!

Since I have an old house with three flights of stairs and an 88-year old husband who suffers from both Parkinson’s disease and congestive heart failure, I faced a cruel choice: sell the house that I have lived in for 60 years and move to a small, one-story condo, or move to a retirement home. I did neither. Instead, Westchester Stairlift installed a Bruno Curved lift leading from the ground level to my husband’s bedroom on the top floor. The lift and the support they gave me in the process surpassed my expectations.

Every aspect of this project went smoothly. Which is very rare. Jonathon was one of the first companies to return my call – he explained everything and was able to give me an estimate over the phone. I was very worried about the stairlift being able to fit and if it was going to run off the existing outlets in the house. He put me at ease. He worked around my schedule. The engineer, the Sheik, could not have been more skilled and professional. The whole install took around 3 hours. Sheik was a pleasure to work with and was also so organized and neat! Very reasonable price. Would highly recommend it.

Excellent – so much better than my old Acorn stairlift

We got this Bruno chairlift for my 93 yr. old mother-in-law, it’s only 6 steps, but it’s helped her be more sociable and independent when people are here. It was ordered and installed in a few days. It’s quiet and seems solidly well built. We expect to have many years of usage and intend on installing 2 more to make staying in our home possible when we retire! And the salesman and installers were correct – our grandchildren have no interest in riding it!

Westchester Stairlift is a great company. From the initial consultation with Martin Friedrichs to the installation of the lifts, by Reggie Edwards, the entire process went smoothly. They are a professional company that was on time and on point with the installation. Needless to say, my brothers and I are grateful for the work that they did for our parents.

I cannot thank Westchester Stairlift enough for providing a safe way for our mother to move up and down the stairs. From the very first house call, Jonathan was very thorough. He brought along an actual chair and part of a rail to give us a real sense of how the lift will occupy space. The installation team did an excellent job. They were professional and courteous. Most of all, Bruno Stairlift is a great system. It is elegant and efficient. We are so grateful to have the stairlifts so mom can have more mobility in her house. Thank you!

Hi Martin and Jonathan- Thank you and the installation crew for getting our lift in.  The lift was installed without anything needed to be done to the walls, which was a huge concern given how narrow and steep our 2-flights of stairs are. The chairlift works great is going to make a huge quality of life difference for Janice. Freedom restored   My dad is fiercely independent but recently admitted he was “having difficulties getting around the house”. I suggested a stairlift and he initially resisted the idea. I decided to research companies inspite of his protest and I came across Westchester Stairlift. The ratings said it all so I reached out and was contacted promptly by John and scheduled the estimate. Jim came out and provided all of the information I needed and I made the commitment to move ahead with installing the lift on the spot. The process was seamless! Daren called ahead to let me know he was coming. My husband and I were impressed by his professionalism and he worked efficiently.
