Before you forget who we are, I’m Desi Scheck and your guys installed a stairchair for my mother-in-law last month in flushing queens. I wanted you to know the guy who came to do the installation was simply one of the nicest and most informative servicemen I’ve encountered. He spoke slowly and clearly, explained every detail and answered every question that my husband and his parents had.
